Expanding Our Knowledge

By John Soforic on 10/28/2019

We must continually stretch beyond our current understanding of things. -the Wealthy Gardener

Lesson 4-40 Reminder

How do we get the life of our dreams? We can realize our best life by outgrowing the one we’ve got. We can expand our knowledge, and by doing so we become unsuited for our current conditions.

Imagine that a successful entrepreneur––pick your most revered business leader––assumes your life. In this exercise, imagine this person is stripped of everything except their knowledge. He or she takes on your conditions.

What do you think would happen?

I imagine the person would regain their success, finding opportunities in your own back yard that you ignore or don’t even know exist.

In the same way, we can learn our way out of our current lives by growing mentally and spiritually. We can become more than we are today.

Using just a fraction of the 100 free hours contained in every week, we can expand ourselves through education. We can learn and grow and stretch our capabilities. And we will no longer fit in our current conditions.

Brian Tracy said, “If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you. If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you.”

To reach our full potential, we must rise above our raising. We must stretch beyond our current understanding of things.

Our lives will be the result of choices, and the best decisions result from deeper knowledge. Learning expands our future opportunities.

Love it always resetting the bar for self improvement. Also, taking complete responsibility for our situations in life is very self empowering

Can’t agree more. No excuses. It’s not comfortable to own everything in life, but I advised my son to adopt an attitude of full accountability.
